FUEL FIXERS INC. WARRANTY

FUEL FIXERS INC. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, for a period of 1 year from date of RETAIL purchase on part #R2D2, #R2D1, FFR2D1, FFR2D3, FFR2D4, FFGR2D5   and 90 days on ALL Wholesale purchases and ALL other products, provided said products are properly installed, have not been altered or misused. In the event any product is found to be defective by Fuel Fixers Inc. the sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or replace any such defective product. The cost for installation, removal or shipping of said products are expressly excluded.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, which are herewith expressly excluded. Other than the liability set forth in the express warranty above, Fuel Fixers Inc., its owners and or employees shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damages resulting from or caused by the use, misuse, operation, failure, malfunction or defect of any Fuel Fixers Inc. product.
